In an industry that is saturated with trainers, gurus, coaches and experts what do I bring to the bring to the table that's different?

  • First off, I'm over 45 myself. I know firsthand what aging can do to the body, and your fitness.

  • Second, I don't rely on tricks, shots of 6 pak abs and fluff to get your attention. Instead, I preach science and an understanding of physiology and aging.

  • Finally, my philosophy is small habits compound exponentially over time. Doing the little things, consistently, will put you on the path to your healthiest and fiercest self yet.
